To experience both past and future lives, we have to consider the question of time. Is there time? What is time? Einstein said time is relevant. If an astronaut is sent into deep space, time only passes for us on Earth. The Astronaut will come back as youthful as he left—maybe even younger—while hundreds of years may have passed on Earth. Einstein also said if man could travel fast enough, time could be transcended.

Some believe UFOs are from our own future. New Age author Brad Steiger says UFOs are from other planets, but time travel enables them to roam the galaxy without spending lifetimes in space. Questions I am often asked when I do trance channeling for people is “What is time?” or “Is there time?” The answer is always the same, “There is no time as you know it.” What does that really mean?

“There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

When William Shakespeare wrote those intriguing words, he probably had no idea that modern humans would try to prove them.

Interest in the supernatural and paranormal has rushed into our lives like ants in a summer kitchen since the turn of the 20th century. Anything hinting at what may be “behind the veil” or at all connected with powers of the mind, is gobbled up and relished, even by otherwise conservative individuals. It seems also, any religion or philosophy having its roots in ancient history is touted as “truth. They all differ in approaches but the one common thread through most “metaphysical” studies is the theory of reincarnation and karma (the law of cause and effect).

The  most frequently asked question about NLP is, “What is it?”  That may be the most difficult question to answer since “Which came first, the Chicken or the Egg?” NLP has been described as a study of the mind’s subjective behavior. The study of the process of learning, tools for change, the owners manual for the mind, and more.
    
While all of these are correct, none of them are complete. 

Minds are amazing things, yet we so often ignore them or take them for granted. Sometimes our minds are scattered, chaotic, rebellious, confused or depressed. At other times minds are sharp, alert, clear, steady. Most of the time our minds are somewhere in between or flipping from one state  another like a TV remote-control gone berzerk.  We tolerate this because we really don't know how to be different, or we just ignore our errant mind.  Like a dripping faucet or a lamp that must be jiggled before it will work, we become accustomed to the way our mind runs the show and just plod on in the same old ways.
